You are able to be free and happy in certain situations. This feeling of happiness reminds you of the many reasons for LIVING. These positive experiences repeatedly reawaken the hope in you that your life can be much more pleasurable. Did you confirm most questions with c)?
Alas, your life has only very few moments of happiness. But these usually consists only of insufficient and short term substitutions such as TV, game consoles, computers, Internet communication, and the excessive consumption of recreational drugs and consumer goods that provide you with a fleeting sense of fulfillment.
Your everyday life, however, is quickly filled again with dissatisfaction, resentment, and even desperation. Inhibition symptoms/ give you the feeling that you are always an outsider. You do not feel appreciated, are often unhappy, feel nervous and anxious, your speech is lifeless and empty, and you indulge in excessive daydreaming. This is accompanied by fatigue, listlessness, being disheartened, unfocused, without drive, etc. Feelings such as jealousy, worry, egocentrism, etc. are preprogrammed.

Now select into which of the three categories you think you belong.

Emotional inhibitions, regardless how severe they are or are not, are always an undesirable encumbrance that allow for very little happiness or joy in life.
